Our necklaces are crafted from premium 925 Sterling Silver, available in four finishes:

All finishes are nickel-free and suitable for everyday wear.

As every piece is handcrafted especially for you, production typically takes 2-3 weeks, followed by shipping.

During peak gifting seasons (such as Mother's Day or Christmas), production may take slightly longer.

Our goal is to preserve the character and charm of your child's original artwork while making it suitable for jewellery production.

Very fine details may be simplified slightly to ensure the piece is durable and beautiful to wear.

We carefully review every design before production. If we require any clarification about your artwork, we'll contact you before your jewellery is created.

As every piece is personally customised and handcrafted just for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we'll be happy to help.

However, due to differences in lighting conditions, photography, screen settings and display devices, the actual colour or finish may appear slightly different from what you see online.

These minor variations are normal and do not affect the quality of the jewellery.

To help maintain its shine, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering or using perfumes and lotions directly on the jewellery.
